So, there we were…
Last week, I left you as I released my armor to rampage behind Ivan’s lines. But, this week, I decided to pull out my boot-legged resin copy of the time machine and transfer back in time and to the North African Theater. I figured my brilliant move would catch the Allies unawares, but Tommy had apparently anticipated my move and he left a minefield in my way, supported by a flanking attack. That’s when I decided it was time to pull a ‘Rommel.’ Come on, I’ll give you the details.
MY WEEK IN REVIEW
This was a crazy-busy week. You guys are killing me! Not that I’m complaining, because I am very grateful. It’s just that, in the past two weeks, I have actually shipped two months worth of orders! A couple years ago, this would not have been a problem, but today, it is. My back and my hands simply cannot take the strain, and the rest of me is in sleep deprivation mode like you wouldn’t believe. So, I am going to pull a ‘Rommel.’ As soon as I shut the shop down today, I plan to take my boot-legged time machine and ‘disappear’ until July 6. When I reappear, I might come charging up from the deep desert at Tommy’s southern flank, or I may even appear as a rampaging armored horde charging hell-bent for the coast behind the French lines. When you have a time machine, you can do that sort of thing, you know 🙂
So, from tonight until Monday morning, July 6, I won’t just be slow, I will be shut down. You can order, but your order will not be processed until I come back on the 6th. More details in a Joe’s Corner post to be published shortly.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Folks, the mail is messed up all over the world. My overseas orders are taking up to two months to get to their owners. Please, before you file a claim with PayPal, email me and let me try to find your order. I mean, really, I have no control over this. I ship your orders as fast as I can, but I can’t deliver them, too. I would if I could, but help me out before you hammer me with my credit card processor. That actually hurts me.
OUTSTANDING ORDERS
Orders have been coming in almost faster than I can ship them. However, if all goes as planned, I will have one — 1 — customer left in house by the end of the day, and he knows about the delay (thanks, Doc 😉 ). Otherwise, everyone should be in the mail.
I have a few customer shipping issues to deal with, as well. I have my fingers crossed that they will get out by the end of the day, as well.
NEW RELEASES
I plan to re-lease Karl’s last batch of masters today. I also have a half dozen old re-releases for you. So, stay tuned for that. When I come back, I’ll have more goodies.
ON THE BENCH
I am still on the German armored cars, but it is now time to start working on the meat and potatoes.

I have not spoken to Karl this week — yet. However, he emailed to tell me that the M10 driver’s compartment is in the mail.
