Folks,
If your week has been anything like mine, then I don’t have to tell you: things were tough here at good old TMD. Still, I managed to keep moving forward. It’s been slow, like climbing uphill, in deep mud, in a heavy down-pour. But I made progress and, in the current world, I count that as a minor victory. Come on and I’ll tell you about it.
OUTSTANDING ORDERS
As I write this update, there are no outstanding orders in the shop. Sadly, it was all too easy to keep up this week 🙁
NEW RELEASES
Once again, I did not make as much progress on this front as I had hoped. However, by the end of the day on Friday, March 27, I should have a few new items for you. Thanks to Gunnar Baumer, we even have a canvas-covered .50 cal. So, watch for the new releases.
ON THE BENCH
I am still trying to break out on the 221/222/223+ field. I’ve been making painfully slow progress, and I’ll keep trudging along, but — if you are anything like I am — I’ve got to be in the right place emotionally, or I don’t belong anywhere near a master. I could build — for me — but I’m more likely to smash a master (they are different things). So, all I can say is things continue to progress, just at a painfully slow pace.
KARL VAN SWEDEN
Please keep Karl in your thoughts and prayers. He is in a similar place as I am, only he’s having a much harder time of it. I’m not at liberty to say more, but Karl is struggling.
THE SHOP
The shop needs some attention. Unfortunately, I’m not in the mood.
THE OFFICE
What is an office?
THAT IS ALL
OK, that’s all I have for now. So, until next time, please stay safe and take care of your loved ones. If you can, try to build something (preferably something using TMD resin).
Joe
Good luck, Joe. Hope you and BB stay well; that’s the important thing.
