12.8.2023 UPDATE: One More Week, Please?

Friends,

This was a good week — for everything but the master bench.

NEW PRODUCTS

I still have new masters from Karl.  They include a correction/update set for the Gecko Ram kits and a corrected Jumbo road wheel for the Meng kit.  I haven’t found it, but I think the other box also has some parts for the Sheridan and M113.  I just didn’t have time to tree them up and pour the molds this week, but I will have the time between now and next Wednesday, so they should be ready next Friday, Dec 15.

ON THE BENCH

I put the M10 driver’s compartment and TAKOM M29 on my master bench this week and dug out the appropriate books.  I’m going to try to get to work on both in the coming days.  I also bought 2 Miniart British M3 Lee kits.  I will be using them as base kits to make our T-6 and Michael Kits into affordable conversions.  So, with a bit of luck, the T-6 and Michael will be available again very soon.

OPEN ORDERS

I have 2 open orders, and both came in today.  I should have them shipped by this time next week.

UP-COMING CAMPAIGN(s)

I am still toying with the idea of launching a “BUILD YOUR STASH” campaign.  In fact, the gears are really turning on this one, so stay6 tuned and keep your eyes open for more information on this front.

JOE’S CORNER

I wrote that JOE’S CORNER post I mentioned two weeks ago.  It is up on the blog page now.   I will also post another JOE’S CORNER after I put this UPDATE on Facebook.  The next JOE’S CORNER will deal with a change in my modeling philosophy/business model.  If you are interested, you will have to read it on the blog page, as I do not post JOE’S CORNER editorials on social media.
