CHANGES TO TMD POLICIES
Since BB suggested I master in the morning and work orders in the afternoon, after she gets home from work, the production of new masters has hit a new level of production out-put, while the delay in shipping new orders has been less than 24 hours. Consequently, I am making the following change to how I operate around here:
NOW HEAR THIS!
FROM TODAY FORWARD, MOST ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED BETWEEN 48 and 96 BUSINESS HOURS AFTER BEING RECEIVED!
IF IT WILL TAKE LONGER TO SHIP YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED AND THE REASON FOR THE DELAY EXPLAINED.
Given that my primary focal point for 2022 is going to be the production of as many new masters as possible, this new policy will remain in place unless and until it starts to cause unacceptable delays in shipping new orders.
