Folks,
It was another good week. This makes two in a row. Honestly, things are going so well right now, I am starting to feel a bit uneasy: like a cat in a room full of heavy duty vacuum cleaners. But what the heck; we’ll deal with the future when it gets here. For now, there’s news to share, so come on and I’ll fill you in on the details.

THIS WEEK’S BIG NEWS
This week, continued cleaning and re-organizing the shop. Every mold has a new, clearly marked box. Every box has a home on a shelf reserved just for it. Every sub-master has a box, as well, and every one of those boxes has a home reserved just for it in one of my many drawers. Now, the only thing I have left to do is put my filing cabinets back in order, and that chore is already in process. Heck, if I can get in a few hours Saturday afternoon, Monday should see the shop in better condition than it has ever been — and I mean ever!
ON THE BENCH
My bench is cleared and clean, and I have a list of masters I’d like to finish by the end of the month all planned out. Unless something major changes between now and Monday, I should be spending the majority of next week on the master bench.
Also, don’t say anything (because it might spook him), but it is starting to look like Dave might finally be ready to start making masters for us, as well. He’s been working on a few goodies for the Takom Lee/Grant series. So, keep your fingers crossed because it would be nice to see him start cranking things out. He does good work and knows what he is doing details wise. I’m just waiting for him to decide he is ready to get to it.
THE WEB STORE
I finally managed to get my helper and myself on the same page, on the same site. Now we can start making the changes to the web store. I know I keep saying this, but — honestly — it is really the only major project left to tackle around here, so…
TMD BLOG PAGE
Dave Hobbs has been added as an administrator. I’ll be adding ‘Joe’s Corner’ and ‘Dave’s Corner’ to the blog page. Dave is going to use his page to start posting reference material that will not only help you understand the details of various tanks and their variants, but will also have practical applications for your modeling (especially as it relates to using TMD products 😉 ). As for me? I’ll be using my page to do everything from explain my reasoning behind the things I do or offering my thoughts about issues connected to our hobby, to posting pictures of the masters I am working on or models I might actually be trying to build. So, if you have not already done so, I urge you to sign up to follow our blog page.

There are no known orders or customer service issues left in house. If you are waiting for something and have not heard from me, please email — because you fell off the radar. Otherwise, ORDER AWAY! I’m ready to serve you however I can 🙂
RETURNED ORDERS
This is bothering me. I now have 8 returned orders. I have no idea what is going on, or how to find your email addresses. All I can do is keep asking you to contact me if you are missing an order.
MY PERSONAL WORLD
I have nothing new to add since last week. BB and I are doing great. We’re happy, loving the start of fall weather and the new property. Heck, even the shop rats are lovin’ life. I just hope things are the same for each and every one of you. If not, and you need an ear to listen, I’m always here. Drop me a line or pick up the phone. However I can serve you; if it is within my power, I’ll do it. 🙂
